不眠と加齢とアレとコレ2

前回は
眠れないのは昼間、肉体的に疲れてないから
と言うお話でした。
眠れないときの対処方法として、よく行われているのが、
『酒』を飲んでから寝る
というものですが、『酒 睡眠』で検索するとすぐに判るように、酒は睡眠を浅くします。それどころか、快眠の妨げになる三大要素は『運動不足、ストレス』と『酒』なのです。
あと、寝る前に食事を取ると、胃腸が動いているので深いレム (カラダの疲れを取る) 睡眠に入りにくくなります。私の20代は仕事で疲れて家に帰り、コンビニで買った晩飯を肴にビールを飲んですぐに寝る・・そんな感じでした。
ご飯を食べると眠くなります。消化するために胃腸に血液が回るので、脳に行っていた血液が少なくなるからです。しかし、臓器がぐるぐる動いているので、睡眠が浅くなってしまいます。また、ホルモンの影響で太りやすくなるとも言われています。
今考えると、20代の若手時代は運動不足、ストレス、酒、食事とロクな事してませんでした。そのうち書くことになると思いますが、肥満にも影響し、体重も10kg以上増えました。それでもなんとかなってたのはまだ若かったからでしょうか・・
